Come celebrate my 32nd birthday the BodyByMac way! Join me for a high-energy workout, music, community, giveaways, and a whole lot of fun. And don’t worry moms, this is also a fun time for your kids. Bring your kids and let them join a fun gym class. There will be an entire section for toddlers, and an entire section for bigger kids. All supervised so you can let lose and enjoy your workout.

LOCATION: 1951 14th Ave E, Palmetto, FL 34221

CAPACITY: 50 adults 100 kids

TIME: 5-7 PM

DETAILS: 2 hour event. 1 hour of dance fitness, that same hour is the kids gym class. Outside of that, I would love to get to meet everyone and grab some snacks.
