In this workout, we will start with a quick warm up to get the heart rate up and the body moving.
Then we move into our song of the day “Get Low” and be sure you listen and GET LOW ON THEM SQUATS BABY! Feel the burn, go with the rhythm, and dance like no one is watching.
Grab your dumbbells, I have 7 pounds here, we will then get into our upper body strength training workout in to the same song “Get Low”. I love that our dance fitness leads right into this workout because you now know the rhythm of the song. Get ready for a really good burn too!
And last, let’s go into our cool down stretch. Grab our water, stay hydrated, and cooldown.
