In this workout, we will start with a quick warm up to get the heart rate up and the body moving.
Then we move into our song of the day “It’s Goin’ Down” ! Feel the burn, go with the rhythm, and dance like no one is watching.
Grab your dumbbells, I have 7 pounds here, we will then get into our lower body strength training workout in to the same song . I love that our dance fitness leads right into this workout because you now know the rhythm of the song. Get ready for a really good burn too!
And last, let’s go into our cool down stretch. Grab our water, stay hydrated, and cooldown.
