In this workout, we will start with a quick warm up to get the heart rate up and the body moving.
Then we move into our song of the day “Lean Wit it, Rock Wit it” ! Feel the burn, go with the rhythm, and dance like no one is watching.
Grab a dumbbell, you will only need 1 for this video, I have my 10 pound here, we will then get into our lower body strength training workout with the same song . I love that our dance fitness leads right into this workout because you now know the rhythm of the song. Get ready for a really good burn too!
